If you are stuggling with the state of the world or just need some inspiration, we got you covered... groove, love, longing in changing times and through the struggle we find the resilience to carry on and shine our light in the world. There's a lot of real challenges that we've weathered--trauma, bullying, abuse, and there's some parallels with what is happening in the world, but we are telling our truth as power stories not, and the healing is happening when we come together in community with positive intentions and some dance grooves and tunes to sing along with.
